Brunswick, MaineMaxim Healthcare Services of South Portland, ME is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP)! Maxim, a homecare and medical staffing provider, is offering our DSPs a multitude of residential care home and facility staffing assignments.
If you haven't worked with a staffing agency before you may be wondering how it works, and what the benefits are comparative to working directly for a facility.

Maxim has contracts with several different organizations across the state of Maine so that our DSPs will have choice with where they work.
Direct Support Professionals provides services to patients/clients in their places of residence/facilities that includes, but is not limited to, certain hands-off care.
Hands-off care includes:
providing and encouraging socialization; encouraging a mild exercise program; encouraging medication compliance through timely reminders to take medications; supervising the safety of the patient/client when bathing, toileting, and dressing; assisting with grocery-shopping; and performing light housekeeping chores.
We are currently looking for Contract employees.
