Shipping/Receiving- 1 year experience
Pay is $12-13/hr, full-time, benefits, bonuses
Growing manufacturing company is looking for an individual that likes variety, change of pace, mobility,
freedom from repetition, and freedom to change priorities to work in fast paced shipping and receiving
environment. Seeking an individual with shipping experience in a variety of tasks including but not
limited to packaging of parts, material handling, bill of ladings, UPS World Ship, forklift, international
shipping, and generating packing list with an ERP system. Computer and detail oriented is a must. We
have an opening for an individual with an intense sense of urgency to deal with variety and change in
order to produce positive results. Very competitive compensation package!
Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Processing shipments using a computer system and completing BOL to ship by UPS, Fed Ex and
LTL truck
o Packaging parts
o International shipping - by Fed Ex or ocean (LCL)
o Material handling including unloading trucks and checking quality and accuracy of product
o Packaging products for shipments or stock and determining piece count/weight using a scale
o Maintaining and organizing the shipping/receiving department
Requirements:
o High school graduate or equivalent
o 1 year experience of shipping and/or receiving (willing to train the right candidate)
o Able to lift up to 75 lbsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
