Manufacturer and distributor of largest selection of cable products in the world is seeing an experienced controller with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or its equivalent
5 to 10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and accounting experience
Previous experience as a controller in a public company preferred
Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, income tax and banking
Position based out of California but flexibility to travel to Arizona is a MUST
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee activities for Accounting Departments at both business units
Manage accounting, payroll and collections departments
Prepare budgets
Review company financial statements and internal results
Make recommendations for improving profitability and reducing inefficiencies
Train and supervise department staff at both business units
Establish and maintain systems and controls and ensure compliance with corporate policiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
