Automotive Service Advisor
Job Requirements
Previous experience as a service advisor/writer is preferred. Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge a plus but not required. Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability to prioritize effectively. A high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills. Above average energy level with the ability to work in a competitive environment. High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities:
Greeting customers promptly.
Obtaining customer and vehicle information.
Clear reporting vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and vehicle's history.
Preparing a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
Pay Plan Commensurate upon experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
