Join our team of talented Certified Nursing Assistants. If you are compassionate and want to utilize your nursing skills in a way that will personally touch your patients, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with all ADL's.
Provide companionship.
Provide light housekeeping.
Provide hand massage and foot massage.
Document complete and accurate medical charts in accordance with the care plan.
Communicate with the hospice and facility team members.
Make every day the best possible day for your patient.
License/Certifications
Current Certified Nurse Aide in the state of Pennsylvania
Holistic Experience or Certifications Preferred but not required (Teaching offered) - Reiki, Aromatherapy, Massage and Visualization
Experience/Skills
Minimum 2 years certified nurse assistant experience or home health aide experience.
Excellent Communication and decision making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the team
Prior Experience in homecare/hospice preferred, not required
Must have transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance
