Decision Engineering is searching for a senior systems engineer to support our customer at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. In this position, you will work as part of an integrated team of government and contractor personnel based out of Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. You will be part of the process of development, test and certification of innovative software solutions for the US Army.
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Analyze users needs and develop requirements and concepts of operations in a system of systems environment.
Work with vendors and developers to oversee development of new capability as well as address maintenance and modernization needs of existing systems
Provide technical direction for the development, engineering integration and testing of complex systems
Guide the software through test and integration events, analyze defects and recommend solutions
Apply agile development methodologies
Develop functional and performance requirements for complex systems
Provide input into documentation and training materials
Position may require some travel (estimated 10%)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline
7
years of systems engineering experience
Experience in DoD environment preferred
Active Secret Clearance is required

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
