Design Consultant
SeaGate Homes, a nationally ranked new home construction company located in Palm Coast, Florida seeks a dependable, punctual design consultant.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual capable of multi-tasking with excellent administrative skills. Must have strong background in residential construction and the ability to read blueprints. Strong customer service skills a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must be comfortable working with full range of purchasers from first-time buyers to custom home.
Essentials include:
Schedules and performs color selection and interior appointments for new homes including reviews of blueprints with customer
Excellent communication with management, fellow co-workers and customers
Well Organized
Professional Appearance and Demeanor
Help research latest design trends and products
This position is both salary and commission. Benefits offered: Health, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA, paid time off and holidays.
Knowledge of Word, Excel.
Local candidates will be given first consideration.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
