We are currently seeking a full-time, entry level permanent Customer Service Representative for our Warranty & Service Department at our Corporate Headquarters in Lewisberry, PA (located between Harrisburg & York).
Overview Responsibilities include fielding phone calls from existing customers with product or service concerns.
The ideal candidate will effectively diffuse tension, gauge the severity of the claim and resolve the matter by scheduling a service technician review.
