DIRECTOR OF REHAB
PT / PTA / OT / COTA / SLP
AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic PT, OT, SLP, PTA or COTA for the exciting position of Director of Rehab for our 400
bed skilled nursing facility in Allentown. The DOR will be responsible for overseeing daily operations by coordinating and providing quality therapy services while maintaining high standards of compliancy, efficiency and productivity.
Qualified candidates will:
o Have prior SNF management experience. Large facilities a plus.
o Hold current licensure for the state of Pennsylvania
o Have excellent communication skills
o Have strong leadership qualities
o Be detail oriented and self-motivated
o Be an independent thinker
