Appointment Setter/BDC Rep


Imperio Automotive Group is looking to hire BDC staff to expand into a new phase of our growing BDC department at our San Juan Capistrano. We are currently looking for agents for both our Kia and Nissan stores.
If you're a talented CSR agent who is a great closer, this might be a great opportunity for you. Bi-lingual is a huge plus as we hope to be one of the top destinations for Spanish speaking car buyers! Top agents can earn $25/hr+
Responsibilities
-respond to customer inquiries about products and services
-reach out to new interested customers with targeted information in email and phone
-make lots of effective phone calls (daily goal of 100
outbound calls)
-exhibit professionalism and consistency
-schedule and close customers on appointments
Must
-be consistent and reliable
-be a good speaker and writer
-be professional and career minded
-be great at closing customers
-be good at following directions
Competitive pay and good benefits. Compensation will include hourly as well as arrival and sale based commission components. Evening and weekend hours are a regular part of the job. Don't bother applying if you can't be punctual.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
