Marketing Communications Sales
Job Description:
o Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
o Follow-up calls to customer- No Show on their appointment
o Calls to Lease Renewal customers to set up appt.
o Confirm appointments
o Checks email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly.
o Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
o Continually learning about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer
Job Requirements:
o Superior Communication and customer service skills
o Planning and organizational skills to build your business
o Handles all Internet Sales inquiries personally
o Ability to work and/or strive in a fast pace environment
o Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet these goals
o Sales and Telemarketing Experience (preferred but not required)
o Internet and Computer knowledge
o Be a Long Term Career Minded person
o Ability to enter data accurately
o Self-Starter and a Self-Motivator
o Confidence in your ability to be successful
o High energy personality
o Maintaining a positive, can do attitude
o Works well with others
o Personal appearance is well maintained and appropriate
o Bi-Lingual (preferred but not required)
