ISHPI is seeking the ideal candidate with prior recruitment experience in identifying qualified candidates for a defense contractor specializing in but not limited to Information and Cyber Dominance, C5ISR Engineering and Technical Services.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience.
Past, proven experience and the ability to meet with managers to identify what they are really looking for and then identify highly qualified candidates.
Strong experience interacting with managers.
Knowledge of security clearances.
Knowledge of Technical & Security Certifications - i.e. CISSP, CompTIA, etc.
Government contract knowledge a plus.
Experience writing effective job postings and utilizing appropriate posting resources.
Experience with IT recruiting and well as non-technical recruitment.
Experience with interview planning.
Ability to discuss jobs with management and identify job requirements.
Previous Military service a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations with appropriate.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, or working conditions.
Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education or job skills.
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
