continually coach and train all store employees by providing direct communication regarding how to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor and develop a high performance sales team through consistent interaction, motivation and direct communication
ensure that the store standards are met by addressing store appearance, general housekeeping, organization and visual presentation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
