Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer I have an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Automation Engineer.
This is a hands on position requiring 2 to 25 years of automation experience.
This person will plan, coordinate, and implement manufacturing automation process improvements.
Design of equipment, testing, procurement, and validation.
You will provide proposals for new automation high speed production lines, fully automated and semi-automated.
L ayout drawings, help with design, bill of materials, etc.
Knowledge of design manual fixtures - how things go together, identify risks, corrective actions, flow of materials, knowledge of mechanical assembly methods and fabrication processes, etc.
Knowledge of (SPC) statistical process control, lean manufacturing methods, mechanical process improvements, electrical (PLC) programming experience is a plus.
Knowledge of assembly, mass production, improve efficiency, creation of URS for automation, start-up of manufacturing lines, validation of processes and equipment, transfer to DMR, sustaining engineering for post launch, etc.

S.
is a plus.
