Early Childhood Teacher
Basic Job Duties
Responsible for providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for a group of children. Responsible for planning and conducting daily activities for the children as well as preparing educational materials to implement the individual development of each child. Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education Required
Prefer Associate degree in Early Childhood or must have 9 semester hours in Early Childhood.
Other Requirements
Must attend Blood Borne Pathogen , HIPAA, Corporate Compliance and Security trainings, and New Employee Orientation. Must have own transportation, valid driver's license and be insurable. Also must obtain and maintain Adult & Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification after hired. Must have complete physical at hire and update every 2 years thereafter. Must maintain at least 15 hours of in-service training each year after hired.
Employment is conditional upon passing DCFS fingerprint and criminal background checks
POSITION STATUS:
Full-time
SALARY RANGE:
$8.50/hour - $10.20/hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
