Administrative Assistant Property Manager Position Available Immed.

The Ferrara Management Group, Inc. is looking for someone with an interest in Property Management who will grow with our company.
We currently have a position open for an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager in handling the day to day operations of multiple properties.
This is a full time position. Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
Answering phone calls, transferring, and taking messages with the highest level of respect and professionalism to our clients
Data Entry
Preparation of Letters
Electronic Filing and faxing
The ideal candidate:
Experience and interest in real estate and property management
Strong people and communication skills
Organized, patient, and customer service oriented
Ability to work independently and in teams and take initiative
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in Yardi is a plus
Compensation for this position is between $33,000 - $37,000 based on experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
