Our client is regarded as one of the top Employee Friendly organizations in the US. We are currently seeking a key individual for the position of Packaging Maintenance Engineer. Although you may have the technical skills to handle this position, we are looking for much more. We are seeking someone with a passion for making a difference through people and building teams. As the Packaging Maintenance Engineer you will oversee a team of 10-12 Maintenance Associates in day to day production maintenance activities, but you will also be challenged to engage in projects centered in the areas of Capital Project management, Reliability, CMMS, Process Improvement, Packaging, and Continuous Improvement. Position reports to the Plant Manager with dotted line to Corporate Engineering Manager.
Requirements:
5 years experience in manufacturing environment
3 years of supervisory experience leading skilled technicians, electricians, skilled tradesmen
Solid experience in high speed packaging
Bachelor's Degree is desired, but may be offset by applicable experience
Position is located in Northeast MS, Salary range is $75-100k.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
