Clinical Project Manager, Clinical Documentation

The clinical design manager is responsible for delivering functional requirements from a user perspective to inform design of the EHR and other clinical applications.
The clinical design manager conducts current state and needs assessments.
The clinical design manager supports, coordinates and engages clinical groups including physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health professionals as well as operational leadership to ensure that application design meets functional, workflow and process requirements.
Will organize and lead clinical content development and clinical content maintenance within clinical applications.
The engagement of user groups will promote user buy-in and adoption and ensure that the product's functionality results in benefits realization.
Works closely with the build team to ensure product functional design matches system capabilities and architecture.
The clinical design manager is also responsible to ensure that system design follows best practice design principles.
Essential Functions:
Engage physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health care professionals to develop functional design of applications by building consensus and using efficient decision-making processesEnsure design of CIS (City of Hope Information System) meets end-user needs and requirementsEnsure that the User Interface layer presents content, format and navigation in a logical, useful and efficient manner for clinical useFacilitate development of clinical workflows and corresponding functional requirements of clinical applicationsLiaison between care providers, operations and build teamEnsure that design connects evidence-based medicine literature and guidelines and promotes evidence-based practiceEnsure that design reduces unnecessary variation in care and care processesDevelop and maintain a process for periodic review of application content with updates to content as required by evidence and best practices and clinical requirementsUnderstand application requirements from clinical, quality, regulatory, and operational perspectivesPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested.

Position
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Degree in nursing or other clinical field Minimum ExperienceThree years of clinical experience in an ambulatory clinic setting.
Three years of experience in design/optimization or implementation of clinical systems.
Experience with design of clinical documentation flowsheet, structured documents and templates.
Required Certification/LicensureActive clinical license in a relevant professional fieldSkills/AbilitiesExcellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
