Marketing Sales Representative:
Nurse Registry is seeking an experienced health care Marketing Sales Representative. We are seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial individual who understands the importance of relationships and knows how to build them.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Sales Representative will be responsible for creating and sustaining business partnerships with referral sources in 'AHCA Area 9' - between Vero Beach and Boca Raton.
You will be responsible for generating referrals for private pay home care by building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, home health agencies, homemaker companion businesses, independent and assisted living facilities, nursing homes and other community resources.
You will be responsible for analyzing referral sources that present the most potential for achieving revenue objectives of the organization and update the administrator on a daily and weekly basis of efforts, results, obstacles, and upcoming sales/marketing events.
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community (Martin, Saint Lucie and Palm Beach Counties, in particular).
Qualifications:
2-3 years proven sales or community liaison experience - preferably in home health care.
BA or BS degree preferred
Exceptional ability to close sales with new and existing clients.
Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are essential.
Able to function independently, make decisions, problem solve, and utilize resources as necessary with effective time management skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
Evidence of achieving referral goals.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer skills: Microsoft office, internet, CRM or similar software is a plus.
Reliable and suitable transportation to meet the goals of the position as well as a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
