Loosing Pediatric provider (Dr.
Aytotunde Faweya) Outpatient Pediatric practice 2 Pediatricians in the service area Call coverage to be provided - no hospital inpatient call 1 office in Starke - within 1 mile of hospital.
Office includes 3 wings over 10,000 square feet.
One wing dedicated to 3 pediatric providers, each provider with 3 individual patient rooms and one shared nursing station/check-in desk.
Reason for search:
growth, expansion.
Collectively group has too many patients for the number of providers.
Practice has been in existence for 15 years.
Competitive Financial package being offered:
Salary, Full benefits package, option for medical education debt assistance, commencement bonus, relocation expenses.
This a designated rural health clinic and qualifies for several government student loan repayment programs (including National Health Service Corp).
