Regional Rental Operations Manager
REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGERS:

Oversee all aspects of a complex, fast moving, multiple-branch rental operation, including service & maintenance, inside sales, outside sales, transportation & logistics, inventory management and P/L. Every element is critical to the success of the Regional Operation!
Continuously seek ways to improve the Metro, its practices and most importantly, its people. Never settle!
Requirements
SKILLS THAT WE VALUE:
Team leadership, including previous supervision of at least 50 employees
High levels of organization and professionalism
Focus and integrity in a fast paced, complex operational environment
Operational management experience in the construction, rental, heavy equipment/industrial industries
