8 hour day/40 hour week - 4 days M-F and required Saturday could be required during peak volume times (day off during the week when a rotating Saturday is worked)

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills. General PC skills and excellent phone etiquette required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work autonomously when needed and the flexibility to accommodate changes in daily activities is required. Inbound or outbound call center experience and previous mortgage experience preferred. Bilingual-Spanish is beneficial but not required.
Support the National Retail Sales Mortgage Originations Teams by providing superior service to both our internal sales teams and our external clients. Sales Assistant will primarily assist with inbound sales phone screening, entering sales leads in to our system of record, and thoroughly documenting all contact with callers. Sales Assistant must adhere to an inbound phone schedule as required and meet inbound call requirements. In addition, the position will also include various other miscellaneous sales production support tasks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
