Industrial Engineer
Our client has an immediate opening for an Industrial Engineer with a manufacturer in southern Georgia.
This is a well-established firm and a standard in its industry.
The position's primary functions are to provide project coordination, customer interaction and technical design support for a product line heavy in hydraulic systems and fluid power designs.
We're looking for a BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or applicable related field with several years' experience, or 10 highly applicable years of experience.
The primary duties will consist of the development of routing and programming procedures, sequence of processes and determining material requirements for the manufacture of parts and assemblies; establish direct labor standards as well as labor and tooling cost estimates; seek cost reductions, process improvements/validations; lead Kaizen teams; other responsibilities typically associated with industrial engineering.
A CNC programming background is helpful but not required.

Salary commensurate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
