Residential Support Specialists
This client of Career Connections is always seeking Residential Support Specialists for treatment facilities in Athens, Ohio. Duties include assisting clients with daily activities, completing paperwork and reports, providing transportation, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, coordinating intake and outtake, deescalation, and related duties as assigned.
Temp-to-direct, full-time job opportunity. The pay rate is $8.20/hour. If hired permanently, this company offers comprehensive benefits.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, though an associate degree in behavioral health or human services is preferred. Must have sound verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery models, or CDCA licensure, preferred. Must have prior experience in the human service field.
