Qualifications Required
Intermediate to expert knowledge of OSX 10.6 -10.8 including command line administration of OS X from 10.6 - 10.8
Intermediate to Expert level package building using Apple Package Maker
Expertise on various hardware platforms including iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Mini, iPad, iPod Touch
Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and OSX devices in a multi-location / geography environment
Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents - using vendor and third-party tools and technical support where required. Includes experience providing desk side and remote support as required via ticketing system
Candidate should have a solid networking background
Task oriented with a strong focus on meeting goals in a timely manner
Qualifications Preferred
Experience working on interactive digital experiences including touchscreen hardware is a plus
Current ACTC and 10.6 ACSA certification is a plus
Experience in a Retail support environment is a plus
Intermediate level image creation and deployment using Apple tools, Jamf tools and DeployStudio is a plus
Experience managing OSX & IOS devices via Profiles using Apple's Profile Manager or other solution
