Position Purpose
The Customer Service Representative will provide clients with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues and increases overall trust and satisfaction in our products and services. This position will also assist the manager in the day to day operations of the location and be responsible for cash handling and record keeping.
Job Responsibilities
1. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs and educate customer where applicable regarding new products and services
2. Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
3. Respond to email inquiries accurately and effectively
4. Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
5. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the company and its clients
Qualifications
1. 2
years of experience in customer service required ideally in the retail industry
2. Strong detail orientation and excellent verbal and written communication
3. Ability to pass background check
4. Strong decision making and analytical abilities
5. Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
6. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends
7. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
8. Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
10. Ability to work effectively independently, as well as in a team environment.
11. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
12. Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting service standards.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
