Procurement Technician

PD# 9014AServe as a Procurement Technician performing a wide variety of procedural, technical, and administrative work in support of contract specialist, officers and administrators.
Monitor and generate contract correspondence, routine administrative actions.
Track and updated contract milestones, establish contract files, scan and maintain e-CMS file documents, prepare workload reports, and coordinate contract reporting within the network and Service Area office.
Maintain item and vendor files in IFCAP.
Conduct and document market research to identify small, disadvantaged, veteran, disabled veteran, and women owned business concerns.
Complete administrative tasks to include pre-award surveys and past performance reference checks.
Coordinate Background Investigations process for contractor employees.
Work with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) to ensure the applicable contact employees submit documentation required for investigation and then tracks process through adjudication.
Gathers and organizes solicitation information as requested by the procurement staff.
Recommend payment or nonpayment of contracting invoices based on evaluation of the contractors' progress and initiating paperwork process.
Coordinate the administration of Privacy, Cyber-Security, CBI and any other required training for applicable contact employees.
Perform contact follow-up duties to include communication and coordination with contractors to resolve delinquent deliveries.
Perform a full range of administrative functions in support of the Network Contracting Agency.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
