Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service / Order Entry. Must have 2 years of strong Customer Service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer and Mas 90. Professional and friendly with excellent phone etiquette and pleasant attitude. Detail orientated. Ability to maintain confidential information. Dependable and resourceful. Well organized and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Administer dealer orders and inquiries
- Facilitate dealer and end consumer telephone calls and e-mails
- Assist with shipping schedules and delivery tracking
- Coordinate product returns and order adjustments
- Assist field sales personnel with dealer account information and order status
- Work closely with accounts receivable to establish new accounts, manage credits and assist with billing issues
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
You MUST be able to pass a pre-employment Criminal Background and Drug Screen. You must have valid forms of identification.
