Training Manager

The purpose of the Training Manager is to design, plan and implement corporate training programs for tooling apprenticeship and press operations.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Certified Class A Toolmaker
Experience Requirements:
10 years' experience as Tool and Die Maker
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience
Minimum 5 years stamping experience or related field (Automotive preferred)
5 year's training experience preferred
Minimum 3 years Computer (PC) experience

Applicant is required to be a Class A Tool & Die Maker in order to understand the principles of tooling.
Primary Principle Duties &
Responsibilities:
Design training programs, including classroom lectures, self-study sessions, and OJT for tooling apprenticeship and press operation.
Develop and update course content and coordinate learning curriculum as needed.
Conduct assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommend training methods accordingly.
Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field.
Assess developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions.
Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Work with local high school, colleges, vocational schools, etc. on both training programs and recruiting.
Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.
Responsible for NIMS training and certification program.
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching and lifting required daily
Must be able to lift 35 lbs multiple times throughout the day
Must be able to lift 75 lbs 3 - 4 times per day
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
