Branch Mechanic


Position Summary
Maintain all company vehicles and all equipment in the market. This includes all preventative maintenance on medium and light duty diesel and gas trucks and passenger vehicles. Also includes equipment with small engines such as tractors, ride on equipment and aerators. Maintain all equipment in fill systems, tanks and pumping equipment on production trucks

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles at branch locations.
Repairs will include preventative maintenance inspections and repairs, air and hydraulic brake repairs, tire repairs, warranty procedures, driveline, steering & suspension, electrical trouble-shooting, AC and other duties as assigned.
Maintain all equipment located at branch locations.
Perform emergency road repairs for vehicles.
Maintain vehicle maintenance records for all vehicles.
Insure DOT annual inspections are up to date for all vehicles requiring DOT inspections.
Maintain parts inventory at branch locations.
Knowledge and Skills
ASE Certified in medium duty trucks. (Diesel and gas engines).
Isuzu medium duty truck experience.
6 years of experience in servicing medium duty diesel/gas trucks.
Diagnostics and repair of medium duty trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
Trained in computer/scan tools.
Must be able to create invoices, enter invoices and inventory in a computer database
Must be able to order parts and maintain parts inventory.
Knowledgeable of DOT compliance.
Work with liquids and pumping systems.
Provide necessary tools to perform all required duties.
Valid drivers license.
Prefer a Commercial Driver's License or the ability to obtain one.
Education
Minimum:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Desired:
ASE Certification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
