The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.
The incumbent is also responsible for contributing to the entertaining atmosphere at Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly manner, and providing change and information regarding Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.
's facilities.

Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.

Accurately handles guests' monetary transactions.

Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
4.
Proactively promotes the my Choice Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
5.
Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.

Accurately maintains money flow during shift with customers and employees.

Assists in training new personnel and.

Job Requirements:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Superior customer service, communication, and employee interaction skills.
