Maintenance Technician
A growing family owned property management company is looking for an experienced maintenance technician with the following skills:
carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, light HVAC and small equipment. The candidate must be energetic, ambitious and willing to work in a team environment. Hours are 7-4:
30 Monday-Friday and alternating Saturdays 7-12. This position requires the employee to be on call once every three weeks.
Requirements

o Can operate small equipment (skid steer, etc.)
o Ability to work in a team environment
o Customer focusedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
