Responsibilities:
Restaurant Managers have the responsibility for directing the operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.
Operational Management: production, preparation, inventory management, ordering supplies, overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security
Financial Management: planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits, achieving sales targets, up-selling, cash control, and administering payrolls
People Management: motivating and encouraging team to achieve targets, coordinating staff scheduling, recruiting new talent and training and developing existing staff
Customer Service: ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers in each interaction and following up on guest complaints
Food Safety: working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong focus on customer service
Proven track record of management and leadership skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Clean background check
Valid driver's license
Food safety certified
