Summary
Gain relevant work experience in human resources while helping drive key initiatives in Corporate HR. In this internship you will work side by side with the HR Business Partner for Global Corporate Functions and assist in the creation, development and execution of a robust and scalable leader onboarding program. This program will enable leaders to be more effective and ensure they are operating at their best. In addition to the leader onboarding program, our intern will help create dashboards, newsletters and other practical tools for the HR team, leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation, development and roll out a new leader onboarding program
Assist in leading a large cross-functional team
Gather best-practices from external resources, research what exists within the company today
Pull together online tools/resources
Create a communication plan to highlight the new program
Recommend approach to train leaders on program
Implement program and determine success measures
Benchmark and help drive SunEdison as the greatest place to work
Required Qualifications
In pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications or Business
Strong technical skills in PowerPoint and Excel, must have the ability to develop effective presentations and analyze data
Proven ability to leverage online tools for collecting research, capturing best practices and sharing information
High level of energy, ambition, and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to explain complex and strategic concepts among diverse audiences
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to deliver results
Perform assigned tasks with reliability, honesty and discretion
Act with integrity, ownership, and teamwork.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
