Part-Time Transactional Business Law Attorney
Small law firm in New Jersey is looking for a part-time attorney with transactional business law experience. If you are a New Jersey attorney with significant experience drafting business contracts and available to work immediately, please send us your resume, your hourly rate and the number of hours you are available each week.
You will be assigned projects for which you will set the times you will work during normal business hours. You will work remotely from anywhere in New Jersey.
Qualifications:
Admitted to NJ Bar.
At least five (5) years of previous transactional business law experience.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
Strong communications skills -- listening, speaking and writing.
Strong technical skills with desktop software and mobile device apps used by attorneys.
Any experience with intellectual property rights is favorable.
Any experience with employment law is also favorable.
