Restaurant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
o Coordination of party room events
o Supervise dining room (day and evening shifts)
o Booking of large party reservations, limited menus
o Handle catering inquiries and orders
o Initiate and respond to customers via email and social media
o Involvement with our special events (wine/beer dinners)

Requirements
We are seeking an individual who is:
o Self motivated, goal oriented and has an attention to detail
o High energy with a positive outlook
o Ability to work under fast paced conditions
o Possess good communication and leadership skills Flexible schedule that requires nights and weekends
o Familiar with Microsoft word, excel, outlook computer programs
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
