Job Title - Lead Assembler; Salary Range - Open; Target Location - Eden Prairie, MN
Years Experience - 5 plus years industry experience.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
2 year technical degree preferred.
Solid understanding and use of mathematics.
Experience using various mechanical assembly tools including hand tools and air tools.
Experience driving forklift required.
Advanced computer skills required to use product test operating systems, MRP system, and other systems to communicate with supervisors or any others.
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience required.
Strong Leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
This position requires a customer-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details when handling issues.
Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
Ability to work well with others.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
