IT Technical Lead
Position: IT Technical Lead - IT Analyst - 7026

What You'll Do
As an IT Analyst, you will manage the quality of software and processes developed in support of machine health projects for the Memor-E portfolio. Memor-E is an application that utilizes a rules engine to produce alerts to dealers based on telematics data. As the Memor-E IT tech lead you will:
Analyze and build high level technical designs that can then be translated into workable production level solutions for the development team.
Provide technical leadership to a development team in India responsible for problem resolution, the implementation of technical solutions, adherence to established development and unit testing practices, and mentoring of team members on rules development best practices.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (ISG, JDIS Dealer Solutions, MKC, and IKC) to ensure alignment on project timelines, technical design, requirements, application dependencies, etc)
Provide on-going support of the Memor-E rules engine, including troubleshooting issues and working towards a resolution.
Collaborate with the Memor-E project manager and business sponsors to prioritize IT work, and develop future project timelines, based on business needs.
We need an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who thrives at problem solving and is interested in learning a new technology. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline and at least four years of software development experience. In addition, we also require:
Senior Architect experience working with Pega Business Rules Engine (BRE)/Business Process Management (BPM) system
Experience working with a distributed computing environment. Knowledge of Enterprise component services (PI, AF, UUC, etc.) 4

Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, including SOAP/REST web services 4

Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions. 4

Experience with software development/testing/deployment life cycle and best practices 4

Ability to collaborate globally; early morning or late evening meetings; flexible work arrangements
A strong candidate will have:
Experience developing and tuning Java (J2EE) web applications including identifying portions of the application that are not performing well
Knowledge with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
Experience working with software vendors to address software issues and/or product maintenance/upgrades
Knowledge of Company IT hosting infrastructure/organization and support processes
Knowledge with Agile/Iterative project management methodologies
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
