Sr. Software Engineers
Garland, TX; Aurora, CO; Dulles, VA
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will perform Software Configuration Management (SWCM) Architecture Definition, Tool Integration, and Tool Support in support of Agile Software Development Environments. Working closely with the program team, you will establish or optimize the SWCM system and environment on the program. In addition, you will assist the SWCM Department Manager in the refinement of the SWCM technical roadmap for services, tools, and enhancements.
Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. degree in Aerospace Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Math (or equivalent experience)
Six-plus years, each, of the following: - software configuration management, with the ability to perform build and release management - coding, using such languages as Perl, shell scripting, C+
or Java - administering SWCM tools (Rational Team Concert, Atlassian Suite, GIT, ClearCase or Subversion)
Jenkins or Hudson experience; Software process automation and static analysis tools
Experience establishing, developing, and implementing configuration management environments, processes and training
Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all levels of the organization, including customers, users, and other peer groups
A background consisting of dynamic work environments requiring an ability to effectively assess and prioritize tasks, and manage time/resources to meet assigned deadlines
Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
Willingness to travel to other Raytheon sites
SSBI clearance
