Determining most profitable cell lines and designing projects accordingly.
Capital equipment selection and facility set up.
Recombinant mammalian cell culturing processes.
Process optimization and scale up from R&D.
Ensuring laboratory operations maintain GLP requirements.
Outsourcing opportunities.
Must possess Phd in a relevant field and at least 5 years experience performing similar duties for the production of mammalian cell lines.
