SUMMARY
Oversee adherence of establishment's policies and procedures to federal and state laws
and regulations by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
? Establish, review, and amend policies, procedures, and practices to ensure
compliance with laws and regulations.
? Stay abreast of changes to federal and state banking laws and regulations affecting
the management, operations, and product offerings of the establishment.
? Coordinate with legal counsel and operating departments to ensure adherence to
laws and regulations relating to new or revised products and services offerings.
? Oversee the revision, preparation, and dissemination of new and updated
compliance standards and procedures.
? Coordinate, supervise, and support organization's compliance-related programs,
such as compliance training and compliance testing, monitoring and reporting.
? Oversee compliance audits and inform the Board of Directors and Board
Committee of audit results.
? Inform and advise management of conditions and status of organization's
adherence to laws and regulations.
? Consult with and advise operating units and managers affected by compliance
issues and regulatory requirements.
? Coordinate and develop the organization's Compliance Management System and
Risk Assessment.
? Oversee the organization's CRA compliance.
? Oversee organization's HMDA reporting and FLA compliance.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; 8- 10 years' experience in
related fieldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
