Healthcare Administrator
BA/BS Degree Business Management, Administration, and/or Healthcare related
MUST BE: Licensed Administrator in the State of MI Now
5-7 years progressively responsible leadership experience with most recent experience in a facility of at least 100 Beds
Fully proficient in MS office, Legal requirements for Nursing/Convalescent Care Centers
Budgeting/Forecasting expertise
HIPAA, Safety, Compliance
Team Development/Change Management/Communication
Responsible for the:
Overall effectiveness of the facility.
Responsibly stewards resources provided to facility to ensure the highest quality care and respect for the residents/patients
Coach, counsel, hire, and review staff
Oversee the Director of Nursing and staff to effect strategic plans while maintaining highest level patient care standards
File all regulatory reports in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
