Alarm Service Technician

Endeavor is seeking skilled alarm installation technicians to join our AT&T Digital Life group, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to have a meaningful impact on customer and company results. Successful candidates will have customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and is properly trained in intrusion alarm installation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Customer facing daily with meeting daily appointments
Attention to detail
Installation and troubleshooting for intrusion alarms in residential settings
Promoting AT&T Digital Life security system and the benefits it has to offer for the home owner
Meeting metrics for installations and sales
Being professional and courteous to clients
Required Expertise:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2+ years of intrusion alarm, or similar experience
Knowledge of smartphones and tablets
Alarm license if applicable in the State
Willingness to learn
Must be self-motivated and be able to work proficiently unsupervised
Must be able to pass criminal background check, proof of residency, clean driving record, and drug screening
All candidates must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work with basic tools: Drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
