Clinical Supervisor
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of clinical staff and provides direct care to clients.
Provide individual and group supervision of substance abuse or mental health staff.
Provide clinical consultation relative to treatment as required.
Maintain a log of cases reviewed in supervision assuring that supervisee maintains sound clinical practice in compliance with professional standards
and state and federal laws and regulations, as well as pay or source rules.
Conduct behavioral health intakes and diagnostic evaluations as requested.
Develop appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain a direct treatment caseload (individual, group, marital and/or family therapy, diagnostic testing and related clinical supervision) in compliance with his/her direct care matrix.
Qualifications:
Two years full time supervised clinical experience in a multidisciplinary behavioral health setting
First level license (LMHC or LICSW) required
Valid Driver's license, ability to drive and means of transportation
Travel to other cities and towns may be required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
