Our client, a financial services firm in Blue Bell, is seeking an Office Manager to manage the administrative department and oversee organizational activities. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, with 5-7 years of office management experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage the administrative needs of each department
Schedule and assign administrative projects
Ensure the completion of all administrative responsibilities, including:
Phone coverage
Office and break room supplies
Office equipment
Facilities management
Processing and managing accounts
Provide feedback and training when improvement is needed
Identify and implement cost reductions
Create, revise, and manage recordkeeping systems, implementing changes as needed
Oversee office equipment programs by completing preventative maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment
Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and establish professional networks to maintain professional and technical knowledge
Must be available as early as 7:30am and able to stay as late as 6:00pm
Occasional after hours, weekends, and travel will be required


Qualifications:

5-7 years of office management experience in a fast-paced financial services environment
High level of professionalism
Thrives in a team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills including written, verbal, and coaching abilities
Prior experience setting and managing budgets and supply management
Ability to multitask
Detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressureEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
