We are seeking a SALES REPRESENTATIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER with industry experience for our Paramus & Parsippany locations. This fast paced opportunity is for an experienced Staffing & Recruiting Sales Professional looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:
Work with recruiting team to develop marketing strategy
Develop existing client base for accounts provided by PSN
Sales calls for new business development, growing client base
Make job ad calls for prospecting new business
Follow up on new job leads provided by the recruiting team
Develop email marketing strategy for accounts in a variety of industries
Account Management of existing client accounts
Keep up to date on most placeable candidates available for prospective clients
Daily communication with clients and candidates
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2
years sales experience in the staffing and/or recruiting industry
Candidates must be technically savvy, including knowledgeable with social media
Good written and oral communication
Candidate must have a good sense of humor to do this job
Candidates with industry contacts are a big plus
Bachelors degree is preferred
Compensation includes:
Base Salary, Commission, Medical Benefits, Vacation Time

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
