Will install, maintain, trouble shoot, and do repairs on Citizen & Miyano machines
Assist incoming customer calls troubleshoot, provide information
Provide customer support via phone or by traveling to customer sites
Repair ball screws and spindles
Other various functions of service works
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of CNC machines, Citizen and Miyano helpful

years of experience with CNC machines
Must be able to travel up to 10% (after first year may increase up to 40%) across the US.
Interact professionally with customers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently
Demonstrate initiative
