Project Manager/Estimator


We are looking for a part-time or full-time, qualified Project Manager/Estimator, with a minimum 1 year of experience in the Residential Construction field.
Responsibilities
Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for administrating and managing all angles of a project such as;
Estimating
Requesting/Receiving bids, quotes from Subs and Vendors
Negotiating prices
Maintaining costs consistent by updating prices of Subs, Vendors, material, etc.
Developing construction budget
Warranty work process
Working with Draftsman and Construction manager to develop preliminary/final drawings
Attend team meetings to discuss and solve new or pending items
Reporting on-going progress info of project to Executive manager
Skill & Abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to organize, analyze, plan, and manage multiple priorities
Ability to interact with Subs, Vendors, Field representatives, as well as Customers
Ability to learn and become proficient with Auto-cad and project management software (eg. MS Project)
Keen eye for detail
Problem solver
Qualifications
Computer skills:
proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as; Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook.
Efficient with reading construction plans, specifications, Subs and Vendors products.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
