Marketing Intern

Maxim is current seeking an Intern to support a specified department in administrative and clerical matters.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performs various operational as well as administrative functions
Assists with socialmedia campaigns and website initiatives
Supports marketingefforts companywide
Supports marketing project initiatives
Provides regular and consistent status and productivity reports to supervisor
Compiles informationfrom various sources and updates spreadsheets and correspondence as needed
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
In progress: Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) preferred; Associates Degree required
Utilizes applicableeducation, training, and experience to complete assignments
Possesses quick andaccurate Alpha/numeric data entry skills
Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite and Web-enabled applications
Exhibits excellentwork ethic and commitment to job responsibilities
Must be aself-starter, with ability to work well independently and as part of the team
Presents a positiveimage that reflects well on the organization at all times
Excellent communication skills: oral and written
Ability to meet multiple deadlines and exhibit excellentorganizational skills required
Ability to work with little or no supervision and operate withinthe framework of established policies and procedures
Ability to deliver assignments in a timely fashion
Strong attention to details
Willingness to learn and accept challenges
Be a current, full-time college student
