Application Developer - EDI (Entry Level)
Norbert Dentressangle (formerly Jacobson Companies) is seeking an entry-level application developer at our Camp Hill, PA office.
Job Duties/Skills for this position:
Experience with SQL Server using/writing Transact-SQL Statements (T-SQL) - Required
Understanding XML schemas and the ability to read/write XML documents - Required
Ability to work with CSV files in multiple formats - Required
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Understanding of EDI X12 documents (Optional)
Understanding AS2 communications (Optional)
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology or comparable experience
0-2 years experience
Knowledge working with EDI and/or B2B data exchange
Must be proficient in SQL.
Experience with XML is a plus.
Additional qualities include:
Strong problem solving abilities
Prior experience in developing and maintaining software
Strong written and oral communication skills
